When Louise Mary Wayment was born on September 14, 1930, in Butte, Montana, her father, Leon Thomas Wayment, was 26 and her mother, Helen Adeline Neary, was 19. She had one son with Beve White Setser Jr. on January 18, 1959. She died on December 13, 2005, in Chesapeake, Virginia, at the age of 75, and was buried in Arlington, Virginia.
