Runner with a Running Problem. Running, Lasing, Lazing, Cycling, and Drinking in no particular order. Monday - felt like shit. jogged a few laps at the park. Tuesday - still felt like shit. jogged less. Wednesday - Been beat up more psychologically than mentally, i think. Convinced myself to run 5-6ish. Thursday - Ran about 4 miles. I don't know what this funk I've been in is. I feel like I really need to stretch more too, maybe that will help. Didn't have much time, super easy 3. Baldwin,5.6 Miles.

I can't believe I remembered to stop my watch. Should've run faster. May 18, 2009. Get my freak on. Goals for this week:. Put some better fuel in my tank. Mix up the routine with some biking and other forms of exercise. Monday, 18 May. Chilled at the track. Ran about 20 minutes barefoot, much of that on the actual track. I can't believe I remembered to stop my watch. Should've run faster. May 29, 2009. Monday, 25 May. Tuesday, 26 May. Ran for a bit on the south field, waiting for a lane in the pool. How dumb sounding is that? Wednesday, 27 May. When I arrived I was treated to a delish and complex meal of fish, rice, brussels sprouts with bacon. all sorts of goodness. Runner with a Running Problem. Running, Lasing, Lazing, Cycling, and Drinking in no particular order. Get ready for my race on Saturday. Thursday, 9/20: 3.0 miles. Chill shake out. Wednesday, 9/19: 7.2 miles. Ran along ballona creek path to overland and up to veteran park. Did 4x200 at 35, 34, 31, 31. These felt rather exhausting for the speed. Maybe it was trying to go fast on grass in flats, or maybe i'm just slow. Whatever. Jogged home. Tuesday, 9/18: 6.9 miles. Felt ok, didn't take it too hard.

Tuesday: Didn't run; busy doing shit. Thursday: 15 mile medium long run. I got into the zone on this one for the first time since having been back.
