Début octobre, weekend magnifique, soleil presque chaud et temps sec. Les conditions idéales pour faire une belle ballade étaient réunies. Je n'ai pas de photos de surfeurs, car nous surfons tous et il n'y a plus personne sur la plage pour prendre les photos. On remet ça en septembre ou l'an prochain! On dirait pas mais il y avait beaucoup plus de vagues le jour d'avant. Allez, on remballe. Il y a le ciel, les vagues et la mer. Nos amis les pierres.

Sureau en fleur et non éclot (lui donner encore une petite semaine). Beau spécimen, à cueillir. Recette pour 1,5L de sirop de sureau. 20 têtes de fleurs de sureau. 1 citron coupé en tranches. 2 cuillères à café d’acide citrique. 1,2L d’eau. 1,5kg de sucre (on fait du sirop, pas un régime).
