This is the story of a girl. Tuesday, February 28, 2012. The start of something new. Today I worked out with Nasca for the first time. Jeeze do I love that woman. She can work some magic. I'm so excited to meet with her twice a week! Not only did she give me a great workout she also gave me some nutrition guidelines and homework. Lifestyle changes I will be making and I'm ver excited. This is the story of a girl. Monday, August 20, 2012. At first I was afraid. Nasca is gone for two weeks. What will I do without my trainer. For one keep a very detailed journal of my eating habits and workouts. Second I will continue to work on my form and strength and find new workouts to keep me busy. After all it was our three year aniversary. I wanted to do something new and different so we went on an adventure to Fort Kasey. I had never been there and was so excited to explore! Carly's c-section was scheduled for the 9th but she went into labor on the 3rd! Glenda drove Carly to La Grande and dropped the girls off at our house. Shem rushed over from Walla Walla and made it just in time. Stella and Olive spent the night at our house! It was so fun to be involved during this precious time! Hex and Max were fast friends!

Wednesday, July 15, 2015. Hendrix was on his car and leaned over to try to pet Atticus and. Tumbled. Atticus made sure he was okay. Watching Top Gear, riding his horse, and talking on his "phone". Wednesday, June 3, 2015. I found a u-pick farm in Union so we had to go grab strawberries this morning! Jess and Terrah came out with us too, and this afternoon these strawberries we picked will turn into crepes and jam! It was only $2 a lb and we had so much fun. They also had a mama goat with her babies, sheep and lambs, chickens, ducks, and a turkey. The kids loved seeing all the animals! It totally doesn't look like it, but I'm 17.5 weeks along! Monday, June 9, 2014. Back on the Bike! My throat was so dry the entire time though. So after this experience I've determined that I'm totally ready to be back in the saddle.but I need to work up to 50 miles. I doubt I could even do 25 right now, or 15 for that matter! It was cocky of me to think I could do it hah. Hopefully it wont be long before I can keep up with my siblings and parents on the bikes again! Okay, to be honest I could never keep up with my Dad, but none of us can :). Back on the Bike!
