We were fortunate to be there on Father's Day - it's always nice to celebrate with two dads, not just one. Monday, June 29, 2015. Last day of school, 2014-2015. Well, we've reached that time of year again: the end of the school year, and the onset of summer! Yes, the school year ended two weeks ago, but as I said previously, I had to get through the backlog to get to June. Plus, the last couple of weeks have been a bit busy: we took a 6 day trip to South Carolina (so many photos to share from that! More on that soon. Anyway, back to the end of school! In June I spent a few days near Hilton Head, SC with my family, visiting my in-laws. They live on a golf course community, and as promised by my mother-in-law, the sunsets over the golf course are pretty spectacular. Despite the heat and humidity, and therefore the need to adapt my equipment to the elements before I could take any photos, the end result was worth it! Monday, July 20, 2015.
