We have boxes to the ceiling just about. I know they say a 150sqft difference between living spaces isn't much, but it's a LOT when it's about 15% of your home. Grad school - is it worth it? Thursday, May 26, 2005. What a wonderful machine. So, today I was warned not to lose anything inside our MRI machines. To get any (magnetic) metal objects out, you basically have to "turn off" the magnet which costs weeks and thousands of dollars - basically, it becomes a permanent part of the machine.
