the complaining annex: world cup fever
http://cadeland.blogspot.com/2010/06/world-cup-fever.html
Honest. soft-hitting. and utterly frustrated. Thursday, June 17, 2010. I have to say i have really been enjoying the festivities in south africa the last 6 days. people have tried to make it a point to complain about everything from the low scores to the new design ball to, of course, the dreaded vuvuzela. None of these things have bothered me. which i know, given the very nature of this particular blog, seems as foreign as the names on the back of the cote d'ivoire players. Posted by cade at 6:22 PM.

Honest. soft-hitting. and utterly frustrated. Thursday, October 28, 2004. So, maybe one curse does cancel another. Of course, that's the biggest reason for the retraction. all the patriots have done is win a measily 21 straight games. (not that i am rooting for them, but it's worth mentioning). All in all, congratulations red sox! Posted by cade at 2:17 AM. Thursday, October 21, 2004. Divine inspiration or distraction? In recent years i have noticed a trend when i encounter God-centered worship, teaching...

Team Juloa: Surveying Sevilla
http://teamjuloa.blogspot.com/2014/12/surveying-sevilla.html
Sevilla, Spain is the closest major city to us. It only takes us about an hour and a half to drive there and we also have options to take a bus or train there as well (we hope to travel there by train soon! Technically, we've already been to Sevilla with our multiple Costco runs and dropping off Noa's parents at the train station, but we hadn't even tasted a sliver of Sevilla's charm and culture yet. We decided to take an afternoon to check out the Christmas markets there. The funny thing about eating at...

Points Extraordinary & Domestic: Camping, Fall 2014
http://pointsend.blogspot.com/2015/07/camping-fall-2014.html
Points Extraordinary and Domestic. Friday, July 31, 2015. Camping, Fall 2014. The ground we pitched on was sloped a bit. I put Caleb up near the top, figuring he is lighter. He still managed to creep down and give me about 6" of sleeping room. Later that day, D had the boys work on trying to light kindling with flint and steel. This was a very difficult task! Exhausted, Caleb and I went to our tent and fell asleep with little difficulty. Then we drove home. So that was the weekend. Note Capitalism as not...

Points Extraordinary & Domestic: You were in flight with my heart
http://pointsend.blogspot.com/2012/03/you-were-in-flight-with-my-heart.html
Points Extraordinary and Domestic. Monday, March 19, 2012. You were in flight with my heart. Look at you. Fireworks! And when you came back, we high-fived, we were two boys who just made fire, we waved our arms, we were kings in the street. Wow! Monday, March 19, 2012. Especially this: You were in flight with my heart. :) Words to be treasured from a great dad. And as much as I wish I had been home to watch, Im so, so happy you and Caleb had this moment together! It's lightweight and has tons of features.and it's FREE! Wednesday, January 14, 2009. Anyway, first tech goody is Launchy! Http:/ www.launchy.net. Friday, January 9, 2009. Thursday, January 8, 2009. This is merely a test post so I have something visible while I tinker with the site's settings over the next few days.

Points Extraordinary & Domestic: February 2010
http://pointsend.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Points Extraordinary and Domestic. Wednesday, February 03, 2010. Happy happy joy joy. We just got back from a road trip to Indiana. L's grandmother celebrated her eightieth birthday. (I hope I'm that spry at eighty.). The road trip itself was a kind of trial run for a much longer trip to Disney World later in the year. Can kids and parents cope with each other while being strapped into a moving box for hours on end? Oh, we're also getting a dog. More on that later. Wednesday, February 03, 2010.

Team Juloa: November 2014
http://teamjuloa.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
All Things Loved in November. It's the last day of November and instead of trying to write catch-up posts, I'm just going to do a highlight post about all the happenings this past month (it's been a busy one! These are all the things loved this past November:. The grandparents came to Spain! We were so fortunate to host Noa's parents for two whole weeks. They helped us set up lots of Ikea furniture (I guess they like a good challenge? And enjoyed Spanish life with us (mmm…paella! We loved having them here.

the complaining annex: a few things of note...
http://cadeland.blogspot.com/2008/09/few-things-of-note.html
Honest. soft-hitting. and utterly frustrated. Saturday, September 20, 2008. A few things of note. After a week of having my dad here. The (somewhat) cleaned out sun room with new window trim (to be painted white). The office is finally trimmed out. it's a natural stain. yes, we are leaving it like that. Our new back patio.and newly assembled grill. Thanks for a great week, pops. Posted by cade at 12:52 PM. It all looks so good. :) How'd I get so lucky marrying into such a handy family? Peeve o' the moment.
