(A)musings of A Wandering Mind: Mr And Mrs Sniff
http://musingsamusings.blogspot.com/2007/03/mr-and-mrs-sniff_16.html
A)musings of A Wandering Mind. March 16, 2007. Mr And Mrs Sniff. Late one evening, my better half says, "Hey, I forgot to tell you. One of my colleagues and his wife may drop in later for a coffee." I don't know the guy, but, no problem. Friends often drop in unexpectedly at our place, so that's fine. She is a schoolteacher, I find out. (Some poor kids must be traumatized for life! No, unfortunately not. Time for coffee to wash down the cake. "None for me, actually. It keeps me awake all night, y...Taste...

(A)musings of A Wandering Mind: January 2008
http://musingsamusings.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
A)musings of A Wandering Mind. January 15, 2008. A Little, or A Lot? Recently, two wonderful things happened to me. One, I saw Aamir Khan's movie. And two; I read the book. By Rhonda Byrne. Both affected me deeply. It seemed almost eerie to then read. The song does it for me. It reminds me of all the good things in my life… the little things that really count but never get counted. Filled with cold spicy. I think I have all I need. Thank you, Rhonda Byrne and thank you, Aamir Khan. Posted by Asawari Badve.

B for Bookworm: Hell's Kitchen

Enter your search terms. Thursday, November 1, 2007. Say ‘Jeffrey Deaver’ and what comes to mind are. And the dashing quadriplegic detective Lincoln Rhyme. Hell's Kitchen, however, is not a Lincoln Rhyme who-dun-it. As other fires are set off in the area while she is in jail, the cops realize that she couldn’t have set off the fire, but they believe she hired an arsonist to collect insurance money. At the same time, his characters are entirely believable and real. The bond between Pellam and Ettie, t...

B for Bookworm: Just One Look
http://bforbookworm.blogspot.com/2007/10/just-one-look.html
Enter your search terms. Saturday, October 20, 2007. The book chases Grace as she tries to find Jack. There is a breathless, desperate quality to the writing that perfectly mirrors Grace's quest. Coben has managed to keep the reader slightly off-balance all the time. Just when I felt like I was beginning to understand, came a new twist. The character of Grace is especially well written and the story seems slightly far fetched, yet in the realm of 'may be'. Posted by Asawari Badve. June 16, 2008 at 4:18 PM.

A)musings of A Wandering Mind. May 26, 2008. Hearts Grow by Vegetative Propagation. Suddenly I was struck by a thought. For every friend I make, I break off a piece of my heart and give it away. It is they who nurture it. It is a pleasure to walk into their garden and see it grow. If it dies, I am saddened by the loss of its promise. But I can do nothing. After all, it is their garden.
