Turning scraps into SCRUMPTIOUS! A couple of weeks ago I decided to jump on the bandwagon of decorating with bed springs. The Hub thinks I have lost my mind but in true helpful hubby fashion he helped me get this baby hung up on the wall. The whole thing started with blank wall space and a $7 clock. Here is how it looks when it is bare (mostly). I ended up leaving the snowy greenery and silver mesh for filler since it is still winter after all. Fold a piece of newspaper and draw a heart. Then an inner heart. Cut it out. Trace it onto foam board. I used a razor blade to cut it. It's ok if the edges are a little jagged. I overlapp...

The Daily Nest: December 2014. My Favorite Projects of 2014. Tuesday, December 30, 2014. I'm a little premature but as tomorrow night it's here! I've enjoyed a little break from blogging, although I really did miss it! I missed you too! But I really enjoyed being with my family and of course my husband who takes off 2 weeks during the Christmas season. But time to get back to work.
