Since then I have been trying to recover from my infusion which has been a slow process. Then, I get worried that I am not feeling well and stress even more about it-resulting in worse symptoms. Its a horrible spiral! So, I am taking it day by day. Breathing when I catch myself starting to stress and giving myself more time in the mornings instead of rushing out the door for work.
