Winter Literacy Intensive 2016. Melinda had a dream one night back in October 2000 and that dream was to draw, Melinda has found ways and means to incorporate her illustrating techniques into her writing stating that art and poetry are similar but have different stories to tell. Melinda works at Communication Resource Centre in Melbourne as a community development worker and feels that her purpose in life, is to enhance community awareness on disability issues, particularly in the area of communication.
