Wednesday, March 24, 2010. For Valentine's Day Sadie wanted to do Valentine's hats instead of the traditional cards. So I bought some party hats and stickers and ribbon and let her decorate them for the girls in her class. Their ability to soothe all manner of ailments is unrivaled, yet the removal process has been fairly traumatic for her. Saturday, January 16, 2010. Zoo and other entertainment. This was the twins first trip to the Zoo. They love to see animals, but they also scare them. Their favorite toys at home are stuffed animals that they can hug and squeeze maybe live ones are a little too much! Kent, Annika, Claire and Callista. Mostly we just stay home, the twins are easily entertained especially crawling around in our tv stand, there are usually toys under there for them to pull out before climbing in. C and C Birthday Party!

Sunday, August 21, 2011. I had this sudden rush of anxiety the other day as I drove past Borders after Borders that were closing down. I thought, "Is this a sign of the end of the world? At some point fail and we'll be left with no books and no knowledge! But then I just went home and turned on my Nook and forgot all about it. I felt the same anxiety about the closure of all Hollywood videos! My kids will never know the classics (movies) now. What are you reading now? August 22, 2011 at 2:17 PM.
