All about Benjamin Andrew Merriman. Tuesday, March 28, 2006. A trip to Kamloops. This past weekend we went on a quick trip to Kamloops to visit some of my family. Other than going to the Island at Christmas time, this was Ben's first road trip! All in all, I think he did pretty good. I lived in Kamloops for a while when I was younger, was born there, so it is always like a walk down memory lane when I go there. Oh, and Ben had a taste of Cherrios for the first time (so funny! All about Benjamin Andrew Merriman. Monday, February 20, 2006. So Ben's other bottom front tooth came in on Saturday! Haven't been able to take a picture of them yet everytime you open his mouth to look at them his tongue sticks out like a Pez dispenser! Sunday, December 17, 2006. For a Christmas gift, I have been going through old photos like crazy and having so many wonderful memories come back to me! Tuesday, November 28, 2006. Yesterday I bundled Ben up quickly to go out in the snow and meet up with my friend Mina and her son Max. Saturday, March 24, 2007. I year, 5 months, 2 weeks and 6 days. Some words he can say (and what we can mostly understand! Car everything is a car. Trucks, plane, bikes, diggers, dozers. he LOVES them all. And the best part is everytime he sees one, it is just as special as the first one! Ball (almost an equal love to a car). Bath ("ba". the simple word and/or the sound of running water in the tub makes him RUN to the bathroom and practically strip down to his diaper). Dog (comes out "da" sometimes).

Wednesday, October 25, 2006. Teething. can we please fast forward this stage? It has been a rough couple weeks, but I think Ben is doing better. The last while he hasn't slept through the night, which is hard to adjust to. We are lucky that he is such a great napper. But I think he might be back on track. All about Benjamin Andrew Merriman. Monday, August 29, 2005. Under 30 days now. Mike and I are feeling such anticipation, nerves (me more than him! Suspense, excitement and eagerness the closer we get to the due date. We are going to be parents! It is just 26 days away. But will it be sooner? These things aren't exactly scheduled! Where will I be when I go into labour? Will my water break? I got for another check-up tomorrow so I am going to ask the doctor what he thinks the predicted weight is so far!
