History of the Company. As of January 2010, Ventech Engineers Incorporated, the Refinery Plants and Machinery Manufacturers, achieved 100% in the fabrication of Amakpe Refinery Plants, Machinery and Equipment at the Company’s Facility in Pasadena, Texas, which will be shipped and installed at the Eket Project Site on payment of outstanding Contract sum of $4,595,048. In order for a petrochemical company to obtain a permit for the fabrication of plant and equipment, the federal government of Nigeria through the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR). Instituted a very rigorous process of engineering design and relevant technical knowledge followed by unscheduled physical assessments and inspections.
