Friday, February 24, 2012. Family Camping Day 1 2/22/2012. With their number 3 and 4 grandchildren. They came out to spend some time with us the first night for dinner and then they came back the next day for lunch. After Grandma and Grandad left to beat the storms home we had SMORE. It was getting cold so everyone snuggled up with more layers of clothing. We also let the girls indulge with the smores. And just some plain roasted marshmallows. Week so we are buckling. Down to get back on "schedule".

Lindsay is wearing her Justin Bieber shirt that she got from Cousin Melissa for Christmas. Lindsay's teeth look blue because she and Brooke got to drink from wax bottles that had blue sour drink inside of them (the kind many of us got to have back in the day when we were kid's) :). 4 kids, 2 dogs, and a never ending pile of laundry! July 19, 2014. This was probably in the top 5 best meals I've made since starting this WOE. Kids loved it too. Wish I would have taken a picture of it before we devoured it! 3 cups mozzarella cheese. 2 cups almond flour. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 1/2 lb italian sausage. 1/2 lb ground beef. 2 cups mushrooms, sliced. 4 oz cream cheese, softeneed. 1/2 package pepperoni slices. 1 jalapeno, chopped. 3 cups mozzarella cheese. 1 jar kroeger pizza sauce.
