Jag som undervisar är certifierad yogalärare, med två-årig utbildning i Kundaliniyoga enligt Yogi Bhajan (samma yogaform som Medicinsk Yoga använder). Jag har mångårig erfarenhet av att lära ut meditation och positivt tänkande. Jag har arbetat som IT-konsult i 10 år och har tidigare jobbat med bl.a. teater. 073 674 71 53. Inga kurser ges just nu. Eftersom jag själv i stort sett blivit fri från den migrän jag haft under många år genom yogan, är yoga mot huvudvärk och migrän tillsammans med rygg-yoga något jag gärna undervisar i. Andningen är central inom Kundaliniyogan, och en viktig aspekt för att vi ska må bra, även detta lärs ut under yogakurserna.
