Beware of “The Office” | Say What You Need to Say
https://rootiebird.wordpress.com/2009/10/11/beware-of-the-office
Say What You Need to Say. Commentary on our everyday life. Beware of “The Office”. October 11, 2009 in Mom says. The show “The Office”. We didn’t really think it was too risky for Joe to be in the room when it was on because first of all, it is on at 7:00 pm and there are supposed to be limits to what can be said/shown at 7:00 pm. Also, most content would be over his head, so we shouldn’t need to worry about it. Well, we were just proven to be grossly mistaken! Paige’s Wet Paint Site. You are commenting ...

Per Ardua Ad Astra
Per Ardua Ad Astra. Friday, 1 May 2015. Sometimes people ask if I've read all the books in our living room. 900) The answer is no, and not even close. I've read only 220 books in the last 25 years. Since finishing college five years ago, I've found that I read about 20 books per year, making it unlikely I'll ever be able to say I've read them all. But each is there for that moment when I'm ready to start it, and that's a great feeling. Labels: Books and Reading. Tuesday, 10 March 2015. Are we more moral?

Saturday, December 3, 2011. We had a great Saturday today! First we went to Joe's mom's work for their annual Children's Holiday Party! It was so much fun! Zoe got to sit on Santa's lap, decorate a cookie, dance and so much more. We all had so much fun! The holidays are so much fun when you have an 18 month old child to enjoy it with! Zoe gets so excited about all fun Christmas activities! I have been dreaming about these times for quiet a while! She was a little unsure, but she didn’t cry! Joe was not a...

Tuesday, November 3, 2009. The day after hiking the Subway, the kids took part in a Kid's Triathlon. I don't know how Zach did it. I was a little sore, but he was fine! I guess that's one of the perks of being 8 years old (one of the only ones, according to him)! Unfortunately, it was even cold in Vegas and the pool was outdoors. The kids did great though, and were able to overcome the cold weather. Here's Zach jumping in for the swim! Zach gasping for breath :). Kaitlyn resting on the way back down :).

Sunday, September 25, 2011. Voice Talent (or lack there of). Gabriel wanted Dave to play with him this afternoon (during the Packers game). So I offered since Daddy was into the game. Gabriel said."No mom.you aren't as good as Daddy.". I said, "Why not? I can play just like Daddy.". Gabriel said, "No.not really. You just don't have the voice talent.". I chuckled and said, "Oh.I see.well, I can try and get the "voices" right.". Gabriel said."No thanks.that's ok.I'll wait for Daddy.". Must take after Daddy!
