The scariest day of my life. May 6, 2015. Slight panic rose in my chest. I asked the nurse to help. Before we knew what was happening Ethan’s tiny body from his feet up to his chest turned dark blue and he was almost stiff (but still breathing and crying). Full panic set in. The ambulance ride was thankfully uneventful. Here’s a fuzzy shot of Ethan sleeping while I’m holding him on the gurney. He’s wearing a tiny blood pressure cuff and snoring.
