Explore. Live graciously. Don't be afraid to love wholeheartedly. A video posted by DeMar DeRozan (@demar derozan). Jul 30, 2016 at 8:48am PDT. USA Basketball’s unironic love of Vanessa Carlton’s “A Thousand Miles” is easily the most compelling storyline of the 2016 Olympics. Melo’s silent anguish at the end tho…. HE APOLOGIZED TO HER ON ESPN. He was all “I love that song. It was just so early. I was so tired. I really do love that song. I’m sorry Vanessa”. Kevin’s mom is a hero. KEVINS MOM FOR QUEEN.

Anglophile in Academia
Saturday, August 23, 2014. I have a new website! It's been awhile since my last post, but for good reason. This past Spring, I attended job interviews, accepted a new position, defended my dissertation and graduated, moved to New York state, and created a syllabus for a new class! I'm now the Assistant Professor for Interdisciplinary and Digital Teaching and Scholarship. At SUNY New Paltz. And I'm teaching a 19th Century interdisciplinary digital humanities class themed around Sherlock Holmes's London.

A cupcake and a pot of tea. One of the many options available for afternoon tea at Biddy’s Tea Room. The beauti...

For the bit of Brit in all of us. I was stunned to find this Edward VIII Red Post Box in Aldersley , Wloverhampton. This is by far the best Red Post Box find I have made. Thursday, March 24, 2011. This is the end. I know, you've seen it coming. After really struggling to think of anything to write about, I figured I'd announce this is the end of this blog and I'm also stepping away from my blogging on Anglotopia. There are a lot of reasons, first of all that my "New English Adventures" just aren't that new anymore. I've well and truly settled into life here. Thanks for reading and please keep in touch! Saturday, November 20, 2010. Good News All Around! They've been recrui...
