I have come to realize that being a mom means less and less time for things like social networking, but life is filled with so much joy and happiness it is unexplainable! Friday, April 29, 2011. She is a peanut! This week we had Miss Lola's one month check-up. We had been having some weight gain issues in the beginning, but I am happy to say that we are doing great now (though it has been a LOT of work for this momma, and still is)! I am hoping one day our feeding sessions can become much more efficient and quick, but for now, it will continue to take 45-50 minutes each time. Oh well! She has been consistently gaining about an ounce a day, which is just where we need to be.

Thursday, March 29, 2012. On Saturday, March 24th, my Lola girl turned 1 year old! It was honestly a very surreal feeling, but a very happy one too. Since her actual birthday was on a Saturday this year (thank you Leap Year), we got to have her Birthday party that afternoon, and it was SUCH a happy day! I will do a separate post on that later. So my BABY turned 1! This was an awesome month, probably my favorite. We didn't cut ANY teeth this month, hence why it was my favorite! And she's never looked back!

Not too cute, but a room we used a lot! So anyways, we had to combine our guest bedroom with Jono's office (tight squeeze! So without further ado, here are the pics! Suzi is the most bubbly, vivacious little bundle of energy you've ever met. In this case opposites did not attract as Phil is equally as vivacious, outgoing and full of energy as his bride. Stephen and Mallory were in town with Luke and Anna and Uncle "Dar Dar" was there too! Larkin loved catching up with his cousin Lukie. Throughout the night they kept giving each other hugs (so cute). Gretchen had a blast throwing snowballs at everything she could find: the car, the signs, the rocks, and especially daddy.
