The Long Run: January 2012
http://cavancorner.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 1, 2012. Months have passed since my last post. The catalyst for the hiatus was simply a technical problem; the last post I wrote would not upload and I did not persevere in investigating the cause. I still don't know why; I hope the problem has resolved itself. I didn't return to posting because I wasn't running more than a couple of times a week and didn't have much to say about it. And The Wheels Keep Turning. Sunday, December 6, 2009. A winter of.running? Wrong I'm the one that everyone loves to share their goals will. I'll believe in you unconditionally. It's in transferring that belief onto myself that the problem starts to develop. That one thing I so desperately want: to walk. Where does this fit into running? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). And The Wheels Keep Turning...: Spinning
http://mecarta.blogspot.com/2009/07/spinning.html
And The Wheels Keep Turning. Friday, July 3, 2009. Able-bodied, normal person's" exercise class and would much rather have been sitting outside waiting for my ride home. Oh well" was honestly my first thought. Not oh well that I would just have to forget about my new found love because of my bodies limitations. The best part about Spinning for me at the time was the environment. Our spin room, like most, is black lit. Over the past 2 years, I have become an integral part of the Spinning community. In, an...

http://mecarta.blogspot.com/2010/10/sometimes-all-it-takes.html
And The Wheels Keep Turning. Thursday, October 14, 2010. Sometimes All It Takes. I've been trying really hard to stick to my exercises and stretching and I was doing well for about a week and a half, I think because I was noticing even the smallest amount of improvement (aka being HAPPY that I was sticking to it), but then things started to change. Yes Was I happy about it or proud of myself? I'm terrified that it will. And I will continue to find my way. I want that happiness to be my new comfort zone.

In The Midst Of Mountains. Sunday, September 11, 2011. Fall Is In The Air. Over the past week, my early morning runs have started with temperatures between 40 and 50F. With that, my mind moves from the summer season to fall, complete with a warm cup'a joe in hand. So this morning, I couldn't help but scan through some pictures of this summer to remind me of the places my two legs have taken me. I thought I'd share a few:.
