Sunday, January 17, 2010. Oregon: July 2009 (First Week). In the first week in Oregon we had a chance to just relax a bit, visit the beach (and Brian started preparing Mom and Dad's house for painting). Even though it was a bit cold and windy, Tristan really enjoyed the 'giant sandbox'. It wasn't cold in Salem however, as the wading pool was a welcome cooling off spot each day. Sunday, January 17, 2010. Oregon: July 2009 (Bend). After a week in Salem, the three of us got away for a little trip to Bend. It was quite hot, but a very good time. Also, Tristan's first camping trip (it is interesting camping with a todler who is not yet able to walk! I seem to remember this crawling on his feet as a big deal at the time, but now as I write this almost 6 months later and he is running it doesn't even seem real. The van was full with all of our stuff! Here is also a view of our campsite.

Triplets Plus One = Four Times the Fun. Thursday, September 5, 2013. Easter was a lot of fun this year. We hosted dinner and were thrilled to have a nice group of family and friends that joined us. The kids enjoyed the secular side of things.coloring and hunting for Easter eggs and opening their Easter baskets. We'll have to work a little harder next year to make sure they know there is another (more important) side to all of that! The kids did a great job with their eggs! The (Landis) Smith Family.
