Sunday, February 16, 2014. Echos of an Eco experience.week ending 14th February 2014! We spent a really nice weekend, heading North and turning into the foothills towards Kosovo. The accommodation looked Alpine ; and it was the local haunt for a good night out! The people who live in this area are so friendly, we almost became nervous to venture out and meet folks in case they wanted us to join them for coffee/raki . If you look closely you can see a little frog - He's going-a-courting!

Before the weekend , I was at the local market - buying some fruit and vegetables in the middle of the array were some beautiful blooms that I thought were for sale.to my embarrassment the owner said ' they were for decoration'. Then when I was paying for my purchases he handed them to me .Gratis! Friday, August 30, 2013. British culture and Brighton life. For a large part of August I was back in the U.K and had the privilege of being with my girls and their children. Friday, November 28, 2014. For much of November it was my privilege to be in the U.K with my girls and their family. Before I went however; we travelled through to Greece to see how the house was faring . Colours were obviously amazing and much was being done in the garden .Smokey / pruning wonderful autumn. Asher is SO photogenic and immensely scummy .babysitting involves crawling around him to capture eyes/ curls and cuteness! Girl (and baby) power. Negotiations and important discussions and decisions.

And so with the family all together, we set off for another exploration, and this time the direction took us further into the north. With the car full of picnic food, coats and wellies, we set off!
