One more dancing woman with dirty feet. Entries by tag: life. Life, Thanksgiving, post-vegetarianism. December 4th, 2010. We did Thanksgiving at my brother's condo near NYC - for the first time this year not going to my parents but rather having my parents be the ones making the longest trip! My brother and I planned a lot of the menu and finally took some of the stress (and control! They have an iPhone app! A related and timely video. Lastly, Happy Chanukah! And the Maccabeats' "Candlelight". And a bonu...

Veg on the Vineyard?: boston_veg
http://boston-veg.livejournal.com/9962.html
Veg on the Vineyard? Ok, so I know this is not strictly the Boston. Area, but I'm hoping maybe someone knows . . . (LMK if this is too off topic and I'll happily take it down). Is anyone familiar with restaurants on Martha's Vineyard that are particularly vegetarian friendly? Anything from super casual to relatively nice is fine, as we'll need a few different places. ETA: We're staying in Oak Bluffs and will probably spend most of our time there and in Vineyard Haven. Post a new comment.

Vegan "ice cream" place? A couple of months ago I remember reading some rave reviews about some kind of vegan "ice cream" place that was doing taste-testings around Boston and planning to open a shop this summer. it sounded amazing. well, now that the weather's getting warmer, does anyone know what happened to them? Are they still going ahead with the shop? Where can I get some of this delicious ice cream? Post a new comment. We will log you in after post. We will log you in after post. Post a new comment.

Veg on the Vineyard?: massvegetarians

Veg on the Vineyard? Is anyone familiar with restaurants on Martha's Vineyard that are particularly vegetarian friendly? I'm going to be there next weekend for a small family gathering and I'm sorta in charge of finding places for us all to have dinner together, so I'm looking for suggestions for places that either have a good veggie selection on their menu or are happy to make things. Anything from super casual to relatively nice is fine, as we'll need a few different places. Post a new comment.
