So, here I am, 30-something (and nearly 40-something), out of denial finally. It took a wonderful man, who has OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) to wake me up to the fact that I do too. I fought it and denied it for all these years. It was too horrible to admit. Anyway, when one is a perfectionist already, it's difficult to admit such demoralizing labels. Don't you agree?
