Tuesday, November 13, 2012. A Knit and Crochet Museum? Your humble former blogger has returned from the museum symposium in Madison, Wisconsin. There is much to report. A huge thank you goes out to the Wisconsin Historical Society and the Yarn Group of TNNA. Together they provided logistical and financial support that went a long way towards not just making the symposium possible, but making it successful. A very fine knit and beaded hat. Mittens in an unusual pattern. Labels: Center for Knit and Crochet.

News for Fellow Fiber Fiends. February 25, 2009. Posted by kathytv under Fiber arts. I’ve not been too chatty lately, I know. First, I’ve moved my blog. I was on blogspot, but I’ve relocated to WordPress. There were some compatibility issues between blogspot and my Macs. You’ll now find me at https:/ kathytv.wordpress.com/. I’ve been part of their groups for a while now, and I love how easily the communications move between members.

News for Fellow Fiber Fiends. September 3, 2009. Posted by kathytv under Fiber arts. Before you know it, the leaves will be flaming on the trees and crunching under our feet. I LOVE this time of year! The best part, at least for a Yankee like me, is knowing that this will. Be followed by four months of biting winds and slushy snow. I like the change of the seasons but small, short blasts of Arctic air are quite enough, thank you. On to the fun stuff! Some Answers on the Fayette Fair. You can demonstrate ...
