Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Well, I think I have finally recovered from all the excitement on Saturday. I had to. Coach Sam, seeing my commitment to the process, has decided it's time to step it up, so yesterday I did my first hill sprint. Yeah - no - that's just what it sounds like. There is so much to catch up on that I am not sure where to start. First Noah had surgery back on November 8th. It was nothing major and he did really well.
