Maybe it was just us that was struggling with this: the refill of the peppercorns that usually saw them spilled over the bench top. I tried all the methods: creating foil funnels, pouring them into my hand before then whacking into the top of the grinder and now this. Only one peppercorn was lost in the re-filling of the grinder. Sunday, August 30, 2015. This is four batches of biscuits, bagged, tagged and ready to go! If I sell this lot, that's $100 raised in the first week of Steptember! Cheers - Joolz xx. It's been another busy work week. Salmon was on special so we had that Thursday night. I did a quick pea purée (whizzed them with a knob of butter, a little chicken stock, salt and pepps), oven baked potato wedges and a salad. So good. We need to eat more fish but fresh is hard to get! These Lemon Crinkles sound rather yummy!

Jet skiing (at the shack). Friday, February 6, 2015. On our last day in St Helens we decided to head down to a small beach near the shack to have a turn of the jet ski. Every year when we are down the East Coast dad wishes that we have a jet ski and says he will get one for the next year, and this year he finally had one. The skinny on me. Thursday, March 21, 2013. The one Eastery thing we do however gorge ourselves on from as early as poss is Hot Cross Buns. Not being huge fans of fruit in bread we tend to spend our money on the plain or Chocolate Chip varieties. Heated with lots of artery clogging butter melted on top. They just stay fresher longer.
