Chez Panisse, Zuni, Kara's Cupcakes, Amy's Breads - we've made it girls! How many people in our class can say they had such a solid group of friends and peers?

Im working at an adorable small bakery called Batter Bakery in San Francisco. We bake out of a communal kitchen we share with a few other chefs, an art gallery, cafe, and a pop-up restaurant on the weekends, Saison. We also have a retail kiosk in the financial district.
