Bantiarna ar an Mbealach Síos. Lady on the Way Down. June 16, 2014. I did not want to get up this morning. I don’t particularly enjoy Mondays. Mostly I don’t enjoy going to work, but it is a necessary evil so oh well. I weighed in at 228.2 lbs this morning. The last weight that I posted here was 232.4 lbs on June 7th. That is another 4.2 lbs gone. It is amazing how quickly your body will release weight when you aren’t eating out multiple times a week. The Good And The Not So Good. Enter your comment here.

Last week, I weighed in at 281.8 lbs. This morning, I weighed in at 280 lbs. That is a loss of 1.8 lbs this week. I have lost a total of 30.8 lbs. Bah It was uncomfortable. This is why I said that I didn’t want to fight until I had my own armor when I put armor on the first time years ago. Oh well.
