Explorations of A Thirteen. Friday, June 25, 2010. Weeks 18-24 It's Impossible. Since my last post it has been impossible to sit down and write I don't consider my New Year's resolution to be a total loss but close. As many bloggers know it is hard to post on a regular basis. I finally forced myself to sit and write. It may look like jibberish but at least I will have written. A terrible upper respiratory infection. Finishing school took away my energy. Steph, Jeff, and Co. Saturday, October 8, 2011. Mommies play with blocks too. Today we had an awesome Super Saturday. There were several fun autumn crafts. The one I worked on was a set of holiday letter blocks. I've wanted a set of these for quite a while, but couldn't make myself get around to actually making some. So when I learned that it would be one of the Super Saturday projects, I was so excited. I love looking at my mantle now. For anyone interested, here is the info for what goes on each block.

Saturday, December 13, 2008. And along came my cousin with a request for some cookies for some family members and friends. Decorated cookies no less, in the shapes of snowmen and house painter themes. Yay! Now for a closer look at my snowmen army:. This design features a purple hat, done with a small star tip, and embellished with purple buttons centered with silver dragees. This gentelman is wearing a green hat, adorned with more silver dragees. His wooly red scarf was made using the small star tip.
