Wednesday, January 12, 2011. I was thinking that I did not want a dog but my seven year old kept asking for one. After much consideration decided to find one for her as she is deserving of that, being so loving with animals in that way. I did not want to get one because I knew I would be the one walking it in the morning and evening as I get up early and go to bed late! That one must walk- strike that- run. I have been running about 3 days a week now- running. I will probably add a 5k race to change it up.

I have also noticed how a transformation with my body has taken place after this long training regiment. My quads have never looked this developed and the same for my midsection.
