Saturday, September 19, 2009. Thursday morning, I was at my mother's cottage when someone knocked on her front door. When I opened the door the FedEx Lady was standing there holding a little kitten. She asked me if I would hold the kitten while she drove away, because the little guy kept crawling under her truck and she was afraid she'd run him over. So I took the cat and watched her drive away. The rest is history. Within 5 minutes he was named Roethlisberger. And that is how we came to have a 3rd cat.

Thursday, May 8, 2008. Ugh Ugh. Double Ugh. I've been waiting to post with a great video craft blog, or cool project. But lately it's been difficult enough just getting the kids dressed and the Little Mermaid's hair brushed. I did manage to finish the mural in the kiddies room. Well, it's not TOTALLY finished, but it's complete enough for them to move in. So keep an eye out. I am getting healthy. I'd like to drop 50# and I'm already down 2! It's a perfect day here. I am on vacation as a teacher but it has been sooooooooooooooo busy. I was gone for two and half weeks and since I got back I have not stopped. Roo (DD) had swim lessons for two weeks straight at the Y (she did so amazing and learned so quickly- -I am so proud of her.). Planned a Pampered Chef party for this Thursday. Took Roo to the dentist- she screamed like a banshee!
