One girl, on a roll. The end is never as satisfying as the journey. I quit my job! October 2, 2009. Here are my before and after shots taken at LIFE. Fun Stuff! All in all, I’m very happy with the results. I lost a total of 14 pounds. I gained 3.5 lbs of “lean mass” (muscle) so I really lost almost 18 lbs of fat. I also lost over 20 inches!
