Union soldiers who had been captured in the South were held there while corresponding Confederate prisoners were exchanged for them. Walking Across America with Beth and Chowder. Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Take Me Out to the Ballgame. The mascot of the Baysox is "Louie," a large green furry thing with pink hair. His species is unknown but he looks pretty friendly. General admission tickets are only $9 and parking is free! Chowder was happy to see that the stadium is apparently dog friendly.
