Thursday, February 14, 2013. Update- life, 4 year anniversary and deployments. Wow, I haven't updated our blog since June. Well a lot has happened in the last 8 months. In August, we moved to Fort Carson and moved into a awesomely gorgeous townhouse on base. I still have to take pictures of the house all dolled up. We also got here and were told that Blake would deploy again in February! And he will be home before the holidays! My parents come here for Christmas and we had a awesome time with them here!

Friday, April 26, 2013. A few weekends ago we went camping to Garner State Park. It was so much fun! By chance we got the best camping spot in the park! We were right up against a big hill and it was absolutely gorgeous. We had so much fun playing on the playground, exploring, roasting hot dogs and marshmallows, telling stories around the "campfire" (due to the dry conditions we could only have a fire to cook), seeing deer and turkey, and fishing. Thursday, January 31, 2013. We were able to go to Childress the week after Christmas. It was lots of fun. Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Of course we couldn't get too far into December without making our annual FHE Christmas cookies! The kids love making sugar cookies! Here is Brek having fun! Brek's school had a Christmas concert. Every grade got to come up and sing a couple of songs. The kindergarten classes got to wear pajamas for their songs.
