Friday, September 12, 2014. Ollie and Annie- Isabella Dress and Tunic. Isabella is the new dress/tunic pattern from Ollie and Annie. I had the opportunity to test the 18 month tunic. Baby Girl is in love with this tunic. It has a great swing to it, due to the front and back pleats. Now, before the pleats scare you off. This pattern comes with a pleat guide.
