No More $8 Almond Milk. April 8, 2015. Ever since I did a Pressed Juicery cleanse in January I have been obsessed with their vanilla almond milk. I have ordered entire samplers of it and shipped it to my house. I bought some in San Francisco last month, packed it in ice packs, and brought it home in my suitcase. Like I said, I’m obsessed. It’s so creamy and tastes like a milkshake. 1 1/2 cups unsalted raw almonds. 3 cups of water. 1 tablespoon of date syrup. 1 vanilla bean, scraped. Pinch of sea salt.

Eat, Live, Run. The Best Pizza Dough. Note: I’ve edited this recipe since originally posting it here in 2008. Enjoy! 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour (original recipe had 1 3/4 cups white flour and 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour). 1/4 cup olive oil (original recipe had 2 tbsp oil). 1 1/3 cup warm water. 1 packet yeast (1/4th oz). 2 tsp sea salt. In a mixing bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. When you are ready for your pizza, roll out the dough, cover with your toppings and bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes.
