Raquo; Rates and Fees. When assisting clients with their estate planning needs (i.e. drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and the like), we charge our clients a flat fee for those services. For probate cases we charge on an hourly basis. Generally, we do not require a probate client to deposit a retainer with us, but expect payment in full toward the end of the probate process, prior to closing the probate estate.
