A predictably creative mess. Ended over a week ago, so you might be wondering why I’m writing this so late. Well, once again (. See my PyCon 2014. I blame the location: the city of Montreal. We like it so much that Linda and I planned on staying a few extra days on holiday afterwards. After returning, though, I again payed the price by digging out from the accumulated backlog. 2005년에 처음 네이버에 둥지를 틀고, 이후 6년 간 꾸준히 블로그를 운영해왔습니다. 그러나 단 하나의 글을 제외하고는 블로그를 통해 생각을 나누어보질 못했습니다. 그나마 제법 많은 글들이 포털의 첫페이지에 검색되어 6년 간 30만명이나 찾아와주셨지만, 일부 유명 블로거를 제외하고는 점차 방문객이 줄어들고, 블로그는 일기장처럼 되고, 결국 블로그에 글을 쓰지 않게 된다는, 그런 흔한 상황에 도달했습니다. 생각해보면 평소에 제가 다른 사람이 관심을 가질 만한 주제의 글을 쓰는 것도 아니고, 생각을 나눌 만한 수준의 글을 쓰는 것도 아니었기에 애초에 그 정도 까지 성장한 것도 신기한 일입니다. 어쨌거나 블로그를 통해 다른 사람과 생각을 나눈다는 것은 힘든 일이었습니다. 댓글과 트랙백을 매체로 생각을 교환하는 방식은 접근성도 떨어지고 전달의 속도도 많이 느리기 때문이지요. 결국 블로그라는 매체는 포기하게 되었습니다. 이 블로그에도 더 이상 새로운 글을 쓰지 않습니다. 마음이 숨쉬는 곳 (0).
