Thursday, August 10, 2006. Momentan ist es dort sicher und die Volontäre leben trotz des Krieges einen relativ normalen Alltag, sodass ich aller wahrscheinlichkein nach fliegen kann. Friday, October 27, 2006. Eine Hausfrau, wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Meine Freizeit verbringe ich, in der von uns kuerzlich entdeckten hauseigenen Sauna, mit dem Konsum von Monty Python Filmen und Buechern ueber Buechern. Neben den Bruedern des Heiligen Gabriel, es sind ihrer drei, arbeiten im Foyer noch weitere Betreuer und Betreurinnen und eine Koechin und was man so braucht um den Betrieb am laufen zu halten. Die Jungen im Foyer lieben den Sport und das Foyer hat sogar einen eigenen offiziellen Sportverein und vor allem im Judo gewinnen sie einen Wettbewerb nach dem anderen und einige sind sogar in der Auswahl von Mauritius. Lustige Hindous latschen mit Latschen zwei Tage nach Grand Bassin, wo die zweitgroesste Shivastatur der Welt steht (sozusagen ein riesiges Fallussymbol.). Sie verstopfen die Strassen und machen eine Fortkommen unmoeglich. Das alles hat seine Ursache im heutigen Tag oder vielmehr der folgenden Nacht, die die Nacht Shivas ist. Freitag, Februar 16, 2007.
