The photo blog of Mary Melodee Mena. Monday, January 14, 2008. The Dogwood Tree At Nine pm. Six inches of snow today. It is so wet and heavy that the branches of the dogwood tree are bending down and touching the outside lamp post. You have to duck under all of this frozen-light-coolness to get into the house. Makes shoveling (again) seem not so bad. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Shabby Chic Cat's Garden Close Ups. Haikupoet.com - the blog. Little Onion's Skin After Skin.

Negative Space: The Wedding Crashers
http://mmmnegativespace.blogspot.com/2008/02/wedding-crashers.html
The photo blog of Mary Melodee Mena. Friday, February 01, 2008. Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Our beach chairs were right on the border of where the sunbathing ended and the weddings were performed. Two days in a row we watched uninvited, as strangers got hitched while we lounged in our bathing suits, slathered with SPF 15. We sipped our margaritas and quietly speculated about the future of both couples. Must have been nice to get out of the cold for a while. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
