Thursday, May 30, 2013. Excuse me while I. I got really sick, like in the hospital sick and then shingles after that kinda sick and I let my weekly updates go - so that I could focus on me and getting better. It was the hardest thing and the most confusing thing I have ever been through. I had to change my life completely, something I fought for a long time, because change is hard y'all! But I did it and I feel better than ever! I have started excersizing again too! Kyan finished off football season.
