Luminous Field was an interactive, site-specific video and sound installation created by the collaborative team Luftwerk. Luminous Field illuminated the Cloud Gate sculpture (also known as the bean ) in Chicago’s Millennium Park. Held in the blustery winter of February 2012, free family programs, concerts, and dance performances complemented the installation in an adjacent heated tent. Summer Brain Games 2014. Simply put, the Museum of Science and Industry’s Summer Brain Games. Program helps prevent summer brain drain. Kids of all ages (but mostly elementary and middle schoolers with a little adult supervision) were given eight weeks of at-home experiments built around 2014’s festive carnival game theme. In addition to the overall layout of the program book, I had some fun with new theme-appropriate typography and (tediously) hand-drawn he experiments. Check back soon for more images!
