Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Brody had his first baseball game last night, braving stifling heat and a really bad pitcher (it's coach pitch, so yours truly tried to get the ball over the plate). But he got a hit and had a great time. I don't know if we won or lost, because it was all a blur. When you're trying to keep kids from picking up grass, sitting down in the outfield and putting their gloves on top of their heads, you tend to forget simple things like counting runs. Monday, December 28, 2009. The kids finally got to try out their new bikes today. Truly they did well, and even got back up quickly after falling (which they get from their father's side of the family).
