http://hldthasugapls.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Hold the Sugar Please. A blog about me, about faith, not sugar coated, straight up as it should be! So much has happened in the past few months, the main thing is that my grandfather passed away. This has given me time to learn new things and experience different parts of my emotional make-up like never before. In doing so it's also allowed me to rely on God much more.and this has been the blessing. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Agape Christian Counseling (North Carolina).

Hold the Sugar Please. A blog about me, about faith, not sugar coated, straight up as it should be! But not only did I want to be in the military, I have always wanted to be a missionary. Yes, I have always wanted to live in a foregin land and minister to others about the grace and mercy given to me by a God who loves me even when I don't feel loveable. I didn't receive the support for this endeavor as a child and so I put it out of my mind. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Inspirational P...

Hold the Sugar Please. A blog about me, about faith, not sugar coated, straight up as it should be! Stumbling and Tumbling Towards God Part 1. It's funny how we as Christains often times will become stumbling blocks for others. But what happens, when we become stumbling blocks for other Chrsitains? Is there anything we can do? And what if our own issues are causing us to stumble? Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Agape Christian Counseling (North Carolina). Presbyterian Church, USA. Picture...

Hold the Sugar Please: Shabbat Reflection 6/52
http://hldthasugapls.blogspot.com/2011/08/shabbat-reflection-652.html
Hold the Sugar Please. A blog about me, about faith, not sugar coated, straight up as it should be! It never ceases to amaze me that when I actually have a “Shabbat Reflection” written or at least know what I want to write that God changes it! Have you ever really studied that question in light of Jesus’ other teachings? So let me tell you how God spoke to me through Matthew 7:21-27. I love how “The Message” paraphrases this scripture:. Basically what Jesus is saying here is that “Yeah, you can kno...

Hold the Sugar Please: The Star and The Cross
http://hldthasugapls.blogspot.com/2011/07/star-and-cross.html
Hold the Sugar Please. A blog about me, about faith, not sugar coated, straight up as it should be! The Star and The Cross. If you know me, then you've probably seen this symbol, a Star of David superimposed with a roman cross, hanging around my neck. And if you are a Christian friend of mine, you've probably asked me "Why do you wear Jewish symbols? To reassure you I did, I said "Yes." To your dismay, I have continued to wear my "Messianic Star of David.". I never have thought to be offended by anyone w...

Hold the Sugar Please: June 2011

Hold the Sugar Please. A blog about me, about faith, not sugar coated, straight up as it should be! Okay, so I have told you all that I have a challenge for you all. This challenge came to me after I was caught writing in a synagogue on Shabbat. Not realizing that writing or taking notes on the "sermon" was "forbidden", I continued to write down my ideas or understanding of the service. My challenge does NOT take place of daily worship, study or prayer, nor am I advocating that it take place so that you ...

Hold the Sugar Please: Reflections on Shabbat 3/52
http://hldthasugapls.blogspot.com/2011/07/reflections-on-shabbat-352.html
Hold the Sugar Please. A blog about me, about faith, not sugar coated, straight up as it should be! Reflections on Shabbat 3/52. This past Shabbat rest, I spent my time thinking about Jesus as a Jewish Theologian. Mainly because my friend Nehemia gave me a book by that title and because I have decided that I want to understand more of the “history”. Of my religion, and to develop my own “Theology” as I was once told to do. So the book explores why Jesus, Son of God, yet Son of Man had to be baptized?

Hold the Sugar Please: December 2010

Hold the Sugar Please. A blog about me, about faith, not sugar coated, straight up as it should be! Have you ever felt like someone you know, love and respect has slipped away from the Lord's work? Have you ever felt like that person would never come back to God and has truly lost their love of their calling? A Journal of the Life, Travels, Sufferings and Labor of Love in the Work of the Ministry. By William Edmundson, I have learned that "going astray" isn't as uncommon has we make it out to be. However...
