The Barre Class Was Amazing Update. So in my last post I talked about going to a barre class and it was amazing! We did ballet cardio to up beat music which was really cool. We also did abs and light weights, I was sore afterwards. The class will be starting in February and I’m definitely going to go. Friday, February 17, 2012. I had a nice solid return to the gym this week. Wednesday: Cardio Barre and Yogalates. I am so glad that my gym has added another strength boxing class. Cardio Kickboxing is like dancing. Sometimes you can fight through killer combinations if you lose yourself in the steps and repetition. Sometimes I'll distract myself from my burning muscles by repeating in my head kick-hook-upper cut-tap. It works for me. Are you a stretcher? What are your favorites? Posted by Bikini By 30.
