Wednesday, July 15, 2009. 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP. Sadly, Pontiac has been taken out by GM for something they have been planning. One of my favorite cars will be going down with Pontiac, the Pontiac G8 GXP. It has REALLY good performance and awesome styling! It carries a 6.2L V8 (shown above) with 415 horses and 415 lb-ft of torque! It also it gets a 15 MPG combined which is pretty good for it's performance. The MPG isn't to amazing but when you see the price it's a bargain! This monster costs $37,610!
