Doing it HBA Style: April 2010
http://unattachedsnoop.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Doing it HBA Style. Monday, April 26, 2010. Looking back I would have liked to be able to pre-ride the course, maybe I could have pushed it more in some sections. Headed over to T-Bock's where they would have the results and awards ceremony, so while waiting we ordered a couple plates of fries, and a Snakebite, which is now one of my favorite drinks, Woodchuck and Guinness, sweet. Doing it HBA Style: September 2010
http://unattachedsnoop.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Doing it HBA Style. Tuesday, September 21, 2010. WORS Race Lake Geneva. 2 weekends ago we decided to travel to Wisconsin to do a WORS. Roll up to the staging area after getting a good warm-up and look around, don't know anyone, talk to a few guys that pre. Right, up, and up some more, the start is fast, short grass flat and then turn left and climb, was in a decent position by the top of the hill, maybe top 10, and once you get to the top, you have to come back down, really fast side hill singletrack.

http://unattachedsnoop.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Doing it HBA Style. Saturday, June 4, 2011. Iowa State Gravel Championships. Today was the State Gravel race hosted by Twisted Spokes. The course is 7 miles long with pretty much rolling hills for the first 5 miles and then the last 2 miles are where the bigger hills come in. So I am the 2011 Iowa State Gravel Road Race Champion in the Mountain Bike Open Class! Thursday, June 2, 2011. Guess I never announced it but I am back racing for HBA Racing for the 2011 Season. Doing it HBA Style: December 2009
http://unattachedsnoop.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Doing it HBA Style. Friday, December 25, 2009. 2009 Year in Review/2010 plans. 2009 was by far the longest season I have had so far, not in the number of races I entered, but it all started back in January with roller races and continued on with at least one race a month till November. I feel that by dong that I had peaked really early in the season and in turn had a bad cross season. One thing I was focused on was winning the Cat 2 overall for the IMBCS. I did a few road events, and really realized that...

Doing it HBA Style: November 2009
http://unattachedsnoop.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Doing it HBA Style. Sunday, November 8, 2009. Well this year has not gone as planned thats. For sure. Sugarbottom. Ended up getting cancelled, so that shot my chances of winning the IMBCS. Series again, instead I ended up in 2 nd. Place for the Cat 2 Open class. Since that weekend I have been fighting a cold on and off, and finally all of my sinuses have started draining, so that is a good thing, and I can finally get back on the bike and salvage the rest of this season. Doing it HBA Style: May 2011
http://unattachedsnoop.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Doing it HBA Style. Sunday, May 29, 2011. I know I have been bad about updating this since I have been into the social media with Facebook. And recently twitter, and have been letting people know what has been going on there. I will try and keep this more up to date though as race season is getting into full swing. Training so far hasn't been consistent. First race for me was Sylvan Island MTB. Race in April, always a great way to start the season, this year I will. Ref didn't get that message and sent u...

Doing it HBA Style: September 2009
http://unattachedsnoop.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Doing it HBA Style. Tuesday, September 8, 2009. 24 Hours of Seven Oaks. Once again it is that time of the year, time to have the most fun you can have on a bike in 24 hours, well that is the theory. I did have a good time again, was a lot tougher then last year but still fun. Our first hurdle was not being able to find a 4 th. And work our way down to the start finish area and begin the real lap from there. First lap went fairly routinely as I was 5 th. Race 2 weeks before I was doing 45 minute laps, and...

Doing it HBA Style: March 2010
http://unattachedsnoop.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Doing it HBA Style. Sunday, March 7, 2010. 2010 Training so far. I have been riding quite a bit this year in the first couple months, and have managed to stay off the rollers for a good amount of it. Temps have been warm enough to allow me to be able to ride outside quite often on the weekends which has been really nice, and makes me want to ride more then just sitting there aimlessly pedaling in the same spot. I did go and get a fitting done for my road bike 3 weeks ago at Geoff's Bike and Ski.
