Monday, July 15, 2013. And the verdict is . Ok, so I knew on Thursday, but wanted to make sure. My level came back much higher this time than last so we are hoping this pregnancy will be viable. I still have to book my ultrasound for 3 weeks from now to verify a heartbeat. If we see one I will probably feel a bit better about things. Right now still very nervous. Tentative due date is March 20-23. Thursday, July 4, 2013. So the lab called today. Tuesday, July 2, 2013. So now we wait . I hate waiting!

Sunday, October 27, 2013. Wow, has it really been 2 months? Time sure flies in our house. The average day is pretty much the same, get up, drop Ari at daycare, work, pick Ari up, eat, bed for both of us at 8pm. Doesn't leave a lot of time for recreational activities. My days off have been busy with appointments mainly. So our 12 week scan went well, baby had grown right on target! It was also the first time we got to hear the heart beat. Monday, January 30, 2012. Ok, so I am a little late. Baby Arabella arrived on January 17th at 1:25pm, weighing 7lbs 6oz and measuring 20 inches long. I was induced shortly before 9am so it was a very quick labour and delivery, especially since she's my first. She dropped 11% in weight in the first few days and we have been supplementing with formula which has proven effective as she gained weight at our last appointment. My husband on the other hand is more of a "lets do it and we'll just figure it out" so I pretty much spent 2 months trying to convince both of us that we should just be happy that we have Ari as all we have wanted was a family and we have that. Sunday, June 30, 2013. So all 6 have continued to grow. At day 3 they like to see 8 cells. 4 are 8 cells. 1 is 10-12 cells. 1 is a morula (generally seen on late day 3 early day 4). Additionally they grade them at this point. 1 being excellent and 4 being not so good. 3 - grade 1. 3 - grade 2 (includes the 10-12 cell and morula). Based on statistics they hope to have 2, maybe 3 good blastocysts to chose from when we get there Tuesday and any others that meet their criteria will be frozen. Day 1 Lab Update.
